Parmesan Chicken Mediterranean Burger
This quick, simple, and absolutely mouth watering takes advantage of the herbal flavors of Spice Squad’s hit Italian Seasoning! it pairs excellently with the chicken and its crispy Parmesan exterior. This burger is a true fusion of Italian and American cuisine by combining the style of the traditional american burger with the flavors that you might find in a and Italian roasted chicken. It makes an excellent quick easy dinner to make for the family if you’re in a hurry.
2 Whole Chicken Breasts, grounded
1/2 – 3/4 oz. of Spice Squad’s Italian Seasoning
10-15 Cherry Tomatoes or 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes
1 oz. Parmesan Crisps or dehydrated Parmesan
Avocado or Olive Oil
1 head of Bibb Lettuce
1 Pack of 6 buns
Whatever other toppings you like on your burger!
- If they aren’t already, grind down your chicken breasts. Once they’re ground down, season them with Spice Squad’s Italian Seasoning and divide the meat into 6 approximately equal balls. Flatten the balls into 1 in. thick patties.
- Take your Parmesan Crisps and crumble them until their course. Pour the crisps into a bowl and place the burger patties in the crisps one at a time making sure to coat the whole patty in Parmesan.
- Coat the bottom of a frying pan (preferably a cast iron) with the Olive or Avocado oil. Try to fit all patties at once, but if they don’t fit, don’t force them. Cook them at medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes each side. You can tell they’re done when the Parmesan turns a nice golden brown on both sides.
- Plate the patties on the buns with the tomatoes, mayonnaise, bibb lettuce, or whatever you feel like putting on your burger!
- Eat and enjoy!
